iDEAL is not offered. That matters in the Netherlands, where iDEAL is the default for most online payments, and it is now being rebranded as iDEAL | Wero and phased into Wero over 2026 and 2027, according to the scheme itself. We do not accept Wero either. If you hold a card from your bank, check that online payments abroad are switched on in the banking app, since some Dutch banks restrict that by default.
Because Socipro Digital LLC is a US company, your bank may treat the payment as cross-border and add a fee.
If an order cannot be delivered in full, the undelivered part is refunded: to your Socipro wallet for account orders, to the original payment method for guest orders. Where a service has a refill window, Premium orders get it. Before you pay, we check that the username or link is public and correct, as explained on how it works.
A DJ with a release timed to Amsterdam Dance Event. The festival runs 21 to 25 October 2026, and every producer in the city posts that week. You publish the teaser Reel on Tuesday, order views so it opens with some momentum, and judge the result by saves, shares and Spotify follows, not by the number we delivered.
A student society in Utrecht or Rotterdam. A new board inherits an empty Instagram account. A starting follower count keeps the next student who finds it from reading it as abandoned, while members posting and tagging build the actual community.
A shop in The Hague testing TikTok for the first time. You film five short videos from the stockroom. Views on the first few tell you which format deserves more effort. Treat the order as a test of what works, since the Dutch consumer authority does not accept bought numbers as a sign of popularity for a shop, and never show them to a stockist as proof of demand.
DataReportal’s Digital 2026 report, published in November 2025, counts 15.3 million social media user identities in the Netherlands, 83.3% of the population, and 99.0% internet penetration. The platform figures below are advertising audiences reported by each platform in late 2025, so they measure reach, not monthly users.
| Platform | Ad audience, late 2025 | Share of population |
|---|---|---|
| YouTube | 15.3 million | 83.3% |
| X | 8.95 million | 48.7% |
| Snapchat | 8.36 million | 45.5% |
| 8.15 million | 44.4% | |
| TikTok (adults 18+) | 6.30 million | 41.9% of adults |
Two things stand out. X reaches more people in the Netherlands than Instagram does on these measures, which is unusual in Western Europe, and YouTube reaches nearly everyone online. TikTok’s figure covers adults only, so it understates the platform.
Language. Dutch is the home language, but the Netherlands ranked first of 123 countries in the EF English Proficiency Index 2025. In practice an English caption is understood almost everywhere, and a Dutch caption signals a local brand to local viewers. Pick by goal: English for international music, gaming and startup audiences, Dutch for shops, events and neighborhood accounts. Our disclosure rules by country guide compares neighboring countries.
Posting windows. The Netherlands runs on Central European Time, one hour ahead of GMT. In 2026 the clocks go back on 25 October, the closing night of Amsterdam Dance Event, and forward on 28 March 2027. Test weekday lunch breaks, the evening commute home and Sunday evenings, then compare results in each platform’s insights. King’s Day falls on 27 April 2027, with the royal family in Lelystad, and feeds fill with orange street content from the morning, so post early.
Two bodies matter for labeling. The Stichting Reclame Code runs the Reclamecode Social Media & Influencer Marketing. It applies when an advertiser and a creator have a relevant relationship, meaning payment or a benefit that could affect credibility, and it expects the post to be recognizable as an ad at a glance, with #ad, #advertentie or #reclame among its examples. A bio disclosure alone is not enough.
The Commissariaat voor de Media supervises video uploaders under the Media Act. NOS reported in May 2025 that the 500,000-follower threshold was dropped and that rules now reach KvK-registered uploaders who post at least 24 videos a year for money or free products. Hidden advertising is banned.
The third rule comes from the consumer authority, the Autoriteit Consument & Markt (ACM). Its online consumer guidance says that businesses and influencers must not use fake likes, followers or reviews to make a profile look more trustworthy or popular, and the ACM advises against buying new ones. It has warned buyers and contacted influencers over this. It adds that purely personal use falls outside consumer misleading but usually breaks platform rules. So if your account sells something, treat any order as a test of your content and never show the totals as proof of demand.
Buying views or followers changes none of the labeling rules. Never write comments that pose as customer reviews. For the platform side, read how our link check works.
