Why likes matter for Dutch posts

The Netherlands has a few days a year when everyone posts at once, and King’s Day is the biggest. The Royal House has announced that on 27 April 2027 the King will celebrate in Lelystad, in Flevoland, for the first time, and the rest of the country will be out on street markets and canals dressed in orange. Instagram will be full of near-identical photos by 10 a.m. A post with no likes is the easiest one to scroll past in that stream.

That is the plain case for likes. A like count is the first thing a viewer sees under a post, before the caption is read. A post that already has some feels like it is worth a second look, and the viewer’s own tap comes more easily. The same goes on ordinary days: a market stall posting its Saturday haul, a band announcing a gig, a student photographer sharing a first set.

The honest limits matter in the Dutch setting. Likes are a weak signal next to saves, shares and replies, and nothing here changes who actually turns up at the market. They also are not neutral for businesses. The ACM treats fake likes used to make a commercial profile look more popular as misleading, so a shop should use the order as a way to test which photos get a reaction, not to display popularity.

Plan the timing around the calendar. Koningsnacht, the evening of 26 April, is quieter than the day itself, and a post made then has fewer rivals, so compare both slots in your insights next year. For followers on a new page, see Instagram followers in the Netherlands.

Quality or Premium?

Both tiers deliver Instagram likes the same way. The difference is the accounts they come from and what happens if the count drops.

How to order from the Netherlands

  1. Choose Quality or Premium and how many likes you want.

  2. Paste the post link. We check the post is public and show you a preview before you pay.

  3. Pay by card or Apple Pay.

  4. Delivery starts on its own after payment, and your order page shows progress until it is complete.

Before you order

  • The post and your profile have to be public while the order runs.
  • Don't delete or archive the post until delivery completes.
  • To boost several posts, add one order per post to your cart.
  • Likes help a post get noticed. They can't replace posts people want to watch.

When should I order likes around King's Day?

Order after you post, not before. King's Day is 27 April 2027, and Instagram fills with orange street photos from early morning, so a post made at breakfast competes with thousands. Publish your photo, check the link, then add likes so it does not sit at zero among them. A post made on the evening before, during Koningsnacht, competes less.

Do likes help a post in the Dutch feed?

A little, and only at the start. Likes are one of several signals Instagram looks at, and they matter most in the first minutes after posting. They do not replace saves, shares and replies, which carry more weight. Use the order to avoid an empty first impression, then see which posts earn the actions you actually want.

Can I order likes for a sponsored post?

You can, but be careful. The consumer authority ACM says businesses and influencers must not use fake likes to appear more popular, and a sponsored post is a commercial post. The advertising code also requires the label, such as #ad or #reclame, to be visible at a glance. Both rules apply whatever the like count is.

Should I like-boost a post in Dutch or English?

Choose the language by the audience, not the order. Likes do not read the caption, so a Dutch post gets the same kind of boost as an English one. What changes is who finds it next. Dutch captions travel through local hashtags and neighborhood tags, English ones through the music, design and startup communities that already post in English.

Do you need my password?

No. Likes go to a public post, so the post link is the only thing the order needs. We never ask for your Instagram login details, a two-factor code or app access, at checkout or by email. Treat any message asking for them in our name as a scam and report it to us.

Will I lose Instagram likes later?

A few may disappear if Instagram removes the accounts behind them. Like counts are public, so a drop is easy to prove. Premium includes a refill window, shown in the tier table: if the count falls below what we delivered during that window, request a top-up from your order page. Quality has no refill.
