Cookie Policy
We use a few essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your cart and currency, and keep the site secure. Analytics and advertising cookies are optional and only set after you accept them in the cookie notice.

What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, work in a similar way. In this policy, “cookies” covers both.
The cookies we use
Essential
These are needed for the site to work, so they are always on. They are not used to track you across other sites.
| Purpose | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
| Session | Keeps you signed in and links your requests together while you use the site | Until you sign out, or after a period of inactivity |
| Security | Protects forms such as checkout and sign-in against cross-site request forgery | Same as the session |
| Cart | Remembers the services in your cart, stored in your browser | Until you complete checkout or clear your browser storage |
| Currency | Remembers whether you see prices in USD or EUR, based on the country your connection comes from | Up to one day, then checked again |
| Signed-in hint | Lets the site show your account menu straight away | Until you sign out or clear your browser storage |
| Bot protection | Our content delivery and security provider may set a cookie to tell real visitors from malicious traffic | Usually minutes to a day |
| Cookie choice | Remembers your analytics choice, so we don’t ask again on every page | Up to 12 months |
Visit statistics (first party, no cookies)
We count page views ourselves to see which pages are read and which sites, search engines and AI assistants send visitors to us. Each count holds only the page, the day and where the visit came from (for example “google.com” or “chatgpt.com”). No cookie is set, and we do not store your IP address or any identifier with these counts.
| Item | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
| Visit source | Remembers, in your browser, the site you came from and the first page you saw, so a later order can be counted under that source | 30 days in local storage; this tab only in session storage |
Choosing “Reject” in the cookie notice, or a Global Privacy Control signal, removes these items. Your page views are then still counted, but nothing is stored in your browser.
Analytics (optional)
Analytics cookies help us understand which pages are useful and where the ordering process can be improved, using aggregated statistics. We only set them if you accept them in the cookie notice. You can change your mind at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, in Google Consent Mode. Until you accept, no analytics cookies are set and Google receives only cookieless signals without identifiers.
| Cookie | Provider | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga |
Google Analytics | Tells visits from the same browser apart | 2 years |
_ga_6N0R4GFE7Q |
Google Analytics | Keeps track of the current visit | 2 years |
Advertising
We do not set advertising cookies unless you accept them in the cookie notice. If we start using an advertising or measurement partner, we will list it here, with how long its cookies last, before it is switched on. Choosing “Reject” keeps only the essential cookies.
Managing cookies
- Use Cookie settings in the site footer to accept or decline optional cookies.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, signing in, the cart and checkout will not work.
- Where our site receives a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal of optional cookies.
