Saudi Arabia · Prices in US dollars

Buy followers, likes and views in Saudi Arabia

Creators, shops and new brands across Saudi Arabia use Socipro when a fresh post, a launch or a live stream deserves a fair first audience. Prices are in US dollars, which the riyal follows at a fixed rate, and you can pay by card or Apple Pay. Paste a public username or link, choose Quality or Premium, and follow each order on its own live page.

Delivery is not location-targeted: orders reach your account from our general network, wherever you are.

Prices and payment in Saudi Arabia

Every price on Socipro is listed in US dollars. For buyers in the Kingdom that is a convenient default, because the riyal has been held at 3.75 to the dollar since 1986. Only a foreign-transaction fee from your own bank can move the final number.

You can pay by card with a Visa, Mastercard or American Express logo, or with Apple Pay. We do not offer mada or other local-only schemes, and we would rather say that here than have you find out at checkout.

The total at checkout is the amount you pay. If an order cannot be fully delivered, the undelivered part goes back to your Socipro wallet. The refund policy explains the rest.

How people in Saudi Arabia use Socipro

A shop owner in Jeddah launching a new line. She films the unpacking, the fitting and the first customer from her own business account. Before launch week she puts Instagram views behind the two clips she likes most, then checks which one brings more profile visits and saves.

A gamer in Riyadh testing an evening slot. He wants to know whether a stream after Isha holds more people than one at nine. For two weeks he opens each session with a small order of TikTok live viewers so the room is not empty for the first newcomers, then compares how many of the visitors he did not order stay and chat.

A small company in the Eastern Province posting a hiring video. The team publishes a short clip about working on site and adds YouTube views so the video opens with a visible count. They judge it on applications received, not on the number.

Social media in Saudi Arabia: what to know

Usage is among the highest anywhere. DataReportal’s Digital 2026 report counts 38.6 million social media user identities in Saudi Arabia in October 2025, equal to 111 percent of a population of 34.7 million, and an internet penetration of 99 percent. Identities are accounts, not unique people.

Platform Ad reach (late 2025) Share of population
YouTube 27.5 million 79.2%
Snapchat 25.3 million 72.9%
Instagram 18.2 million 52.4%
Facebook 17.7 million 50.8%
X 15.0 million 43.1%
TikTok 38.6 million (adults 18+) 154.3% of adults

Ad reach is what each platform’s advertising tools report, not a headcount, and TikTok’s figure is larger than the adult population.

Arabic first, English welcome. Most Saudi audiences answer in Arabic, and many creators write captions in both languages. Socipro is an English-language service, but an order only needs a public link, so the language of your posts is yours to choose.

The week runs Sunday to Thursday. The weekend is Friday and Saturday. Friday around midday is the Jumu’ah prayer, and Friday morning is quiet for many businesses. Saudi Arabia stays on UTC+3 all year with no clock changes.

Posting windows to test, in Saudi time. Start with evenings after the working day and after Maghrib or Isha, and with Friday after the midday prayer and Saturday evening. Run each slot for two weeks and let your own analytics decide. During Ramadan, which is expected to begin around February 8, 2027 (the start depends on the moon sighting), activity moves toward the hours after iftar and the late night, and Eid al-Fitr is expected around March 9. Eid al-Adha is expected around May 16 or 17.

Events that fill feeds. Saudi National Day on September 23 and Founding Day on February 22 bring a wave of patriotic content. Riyadh Season 2026 opens on October 21 for about ten weeks. The AFC Asian Cup runs January 7 to February 5, 2027 in Riyadh, Jeddah and Al Khobar. A launch that lands in the middle of those weeks competes with them, so schedule around the date or lean into it.

Rules to know before you promote a post

Saudi Arabia licenses advertising on social media through the Mawthooq program of the General Authority for Media Regulation, the body formerly known as the General Commission for Audiovisual Media. The license covers individuals who advertise a brand, product, service or event on platforms including X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat and Facebook. Promoting your own product or service through your personal account is listed as exempt, as are government events and some youth sponsorships. Licensed advertisers must label ads clearly and avoid misleading content. The fee at the 2022 launch was reported as SAR 15,000 for three years, so confirm the current terms with the authority.

An order with Socipro does not change which case applies to you. If you are paid or gifted to promote another business, sort out the license before posting.

Saudi Arabia FAQ

Payment, currency and the rules that apply in Saudi Arabia.

Can I pay with a Saudi card or Apple Pay?

Yes, if the card carries a Visa, Mastercard or American Express logo, and Apple Pay works with eligible cards in your wallet. We charge the US dollar price and your bank converts it to riyals. We do not offer mada or other local-only schemes, and we cannot promise a specific bank card will be accepted, so check the logo first.

Can I pay in Saudi riyals?

Not as a checkout currency, but the difference is small. Prices are listed in US dollars and the riyal has been pegged at 3.75 to the dollar since 1986, so the conversion on your statement is easy to predict. Your bank may add its own foreign-transaction fee, which we do not control.

Do I need a Mawthooq license before ordering?

No license is needed to place an order with us. The Mawthooq license covers people who advertise other parties' brands, products or events on social media in Saudi Arabia. Promoting your own product through your personal account is listed as exempt. If a post advertises someone else's business, check the regulator's rules before it goes live.

Can I order in English if my audience speaks Arabic?

Yes. Ordering needs only a public username or link, and nothing on the order depends on the language of your captions. Our site, checkout and support are in English. Your content can stay in Arabic, English or both, and the order is checked against the live account or post before you pay.

Will the views come from people in Saudi Arabia?

No. Delivery is not location-targeted, so an order does not bring viewers or followers from Riyadh, Jeddah or anywhere else in Saudi Arabia. The one exception is TikTok LIVE viewers, which our team matches to your audience country at order time. Treat every other order as a way to give a post a first count to build on.

What time zone does support work in?

Support works by email at support@socipro.com, and our refund policy sets a target of one business day for a first reply. Saudi Arabia is on UTC+3 all year, so put your order number in the first line and mention the time of any live event. Most orders start on their own and show progress on the order page.

Can I order for a business account in Saudi Arabia?

Yes. Any public Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or X account can receive an order, personal or business, as long as the link works. If your company needs extra details on a receipt, email support@socipro.com with the order number and say what you need.

What if the order does not fully arrive?

The undelivered part is returned to your Socipro wallet, or to the original payment method for guest orders. Premium includes a refill window on services that offer one. The order page shows progress live, and the refund policy explains how to ask for a review if the count looks wrong.
