Who is responsible for your data

Socipro Digital LLC, 117 S Lexington St, Ste 100, Harrisonville, MO 64701, USA, is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. This means we decide why and how it is used.

For privacy questions and requests, email legal@socipro.com.

This policy covers socipro.com, your account and your orders. Our agency services are covered by the contract with each agency client.

What we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact and checkout details: your name, email address and, if you choose to give it, your phone number. We use the phone number only if we need to reach you about an order.
  • Account details: your email and password if you create an account. Passwords are stored in a form we cannot read (hashed).
  • Order details: the services, quantities, prices and currency you choose, and the usernames, links, hashtags and countries you give us as targets.
  • Support messages: what you write to us by email or through the contact form, and our replies.

Information we look up

  • Target details: before you pay, we check the account or content you entered through a third-party data service. We receive public information such as the username, display name, profile picture, whether the account is public, and current follower, like or view counts. We use this to confirm the target and to measure delivery and refills.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and connection data: IP address, approximate location derived from it (country and region), browser and device type, and the pages and actions involved in an order. We use this to set your currency, keep the site secure and prevent fraud.
  • Visit statistics: we count page views per page and day, together with the site the visit came from (such as a search engine or an AI assistant). These counts contain no IP address, cookie or other identifier. When you place an order, we record which source brought you to the site and the first page you visited.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: see our Cookie Policy.

Information from payments

  • Card and Apple Pay: these payments are processed by our payment partner. We do not receive or store your full card number. We receive the payment status, amount, currency, date, a reference, and limited details such as the card brand and last four digits, where they are shared with us.
  • USDT (crypto): crypto payments are sent directly to our own wallets, not through a payment provider. To match and verify your payment, we record the sending wallet address, the network and the transaction ID. This information is already public on the blockchain. We read it from public blockchain nodes.

What we never collect

We never ask for your social media passwords, login codes or access to your accounts. If someone asks for them in our name, it is not us. Please report it to support@socipro.com.

If you are in the EU, UK or another country with similar laws, we must have a legal basis for each use.

Automated checks

Some checks run automatically, for example whether a target is public or whether a payment looks fraudulent. These checks can stop or hold an order. If an automated check affects your order and you think it is wrong, contact us and a member of our team will review it.

Marketing

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not stop service emails about your orders.

Who we share data with

We share personal data only as needed to run Socipro, with service providers who process it on our behalf and under contract:

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers that run our servers and databases.
  • Content delivery and security providers that deliver the website quickly and filter malicious traffic.
  • Payment processors that process card and Apple Pay payments and refunds and help detect fraud. Crypto payments do not involve a payment provider.
  • Data lookup services that confirm the public details of targets you enter. They receive the username, link or hashtag, not your name or email.
  • Email providers that deliver our emails.
  • Analytics providers, only if we use analytics and only with your consent where required.

To deliver an order, we pass the target (username, link or hashtag, and the countries and start time for trend topics) and quantity to our delivery partners. We do not share your name, email, phone number or payment details with delivery partners.

We may also share data:

  • when the law requires it, for example in response to a valid court order;
  • to protect our customers, our business or others from fraud or harm; and
  • with a buyer or successor if Socipro’s business is sold or reorganized, under the protections in this policy.

You can ask for a list of our current service providers at legal@socipro.com.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising (targeted ads based on your activity on other sites).

International transfers

Socipro Digital LLC is based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the US, the EU or other countries. When we transfer personal data from the EU, UK or Switzerland to a country without an adequacy decision, we use recognized safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK Addendum for UK data), or rely on the recipient’s certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK and Swiss extensions. You can ask for more information about these safeguards at legal@socipro.com.

How long we keep data

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Our standard periods are:

Orders, payments, refunds and invoices 7 years after the order, for tax and accounting obligations
Wallet balance and transaction history While your account is open, then as for orders
Target lookup results not linked to an order Up to 30 days
Target details linked to an order As long as the order record

Marketing consent and unsubscribe records While you are subscribed, plus 3 years as proof of consent; your email stays on a suppression list after you unsubscribe so we don’t email you again

We may keep data longer if the law requires it or if we need it for a legal claim.

Security

We protect your data with measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, restricted staff access, two-factor authentication for staff, and regular updates. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach puts your rights at risk, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal data. We offer the following to all customers, wherever they live, where the law allows:

  • Access: get a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Correction: fix inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion: ask us to delete your data, apart from what we must keep by law.
  • Restriction: ask us to limit how we use your data while a concern is checked.
  • Portability: receive data you gave us in a common, machine-readable format.
  • Objection: object to our use of your data based on legitimate interests, and to marketing at any time.
  • Withdraw consent: for example, turn off analytics cookies or unsubscribe from marketing. This does not affect what we did before.
  • Human review: ask for a person to review a decision made by an automated check.

How to use your rights

Email legal@socipro.com from the email address on your order or account, and tell us what you would like. We may ask for information to confirm your identity, so we never give your data to someone else. We do not charge for requests unless they are clearly unfounded or excessive.

We reply within one month (EU/UK), or within 45 days for requests under US state privacy laws. If we need more time for a complex request, we tell you why within that period.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first. You can also complain to a data protection authority, in particular in the country where you live or work. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

US state privacy rights (including California)

If you live in California or another US state with a consumer privacy law, and that law applies to us, you have the rights it gives you. These typically include the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, to access, correct and delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing.

In the last 12 months we have collected these categories of personal information, from the sources and for the purposes described above:

  • Identifiers: name, email, phone number, IP address, account and order IDs.
  • Commercial information: orders, payments, refunds, wallet history.
  • Internet activity: interactions with our site, device and browser data.
  • Approximate geolocation: country and region derived from IP address.
  • Account login: email and password (stored hashed).

We disclose these categories to the service providers listed in Who we share data with, for business purposes only. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would give you a right to limit it.

You can make a request by emailing legal@socipro.com, or through an authorized agent with your signed permission. We verify requests by matching the information you give with the information we hold. We will not treat you differently for using your rights. Where our site receives a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out request for that browser.

Children

Socipro is only for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you think a child has given us personal data, email legal@socipro.com and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. We will post the new version here and, for significant changes, email account holders before the change takes effect.
