Romania · Prices in euros

Buy followers, likes and views in Romania

DJs, comedians, online sellers and small studios in Romania use Socipro to put a first audience behind a new TikTok, Reel or YouTube video and learn what people actually watch. Prices appear in euros rather than lei, and your bank converts the total when you pay by card or Apple Pay. The site is in English, and your posts can stay in Romanian.

Delivery is not location-targeted: orders reach your account from our general network, wherever you are.

Prices in EUR

Quick answers

  • Payment: Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards work, Revolut cards included, and so does Apple Pay.
  • Currency: Prices are in euros. Your bank turns the total into lei unless you pay from a euro balance.
  • Disclosure: Ordering views does not make a post an ad. A paid brand deal does, and the label must be easy to notice.
  • Delivery: It is not location-targeted. Romania describes your market, not where the accounts come from.

Prices and payment in Romania

Romania pays in lei, but Socipro shows Romanian visitors prices in euros. We convert from our US dollar list once a day and freeze the rate when checkout opens. Your bank then turns the euro total into lei when it processes a card or Apple Pay payment, using its own rate, and some banks add a small fee for that step.

If you hold a euro account, paying from it skips the conversion.

When something cannot be delivered, the missing part comes back as Socipro wallet credit that you can spend on any service. If you paid by card or Apple Pay, you can ask support to refund it to the card instead, as the refund policy explains.

How people in Romania use Socipro

A DJ lining up festival summer. UNTOLD takes over Cluj-Napoca in August, with the 2027 edition set for August 5 to 8, and Neversea brings a beach stage to Mamaia Nord. A producer hoping to land a support slot cuts four fifteen-second previews of a new track and gives each the same small order of TikTok views. He looks at completion rate and how many people tap the sound. Whichever preview holds people becomes the one he sends to bookers, along with his honest numbers.

A craft creator ahead of Mărțișor. On March 1, people in Romania give and wear the red-and-white thread that UNESCO lists as shared heritage with Bulgaria, Moldova and North Macedonia. A creator who films how-to videos for handmade mărțișoare posts three tutorials in mid-February, one quick, one detailed, one for kids, and puts Instagram views behind each. The tutorial people save most tells her what to film next year.

A comedian moving her sketches to TikTok. For years she posted on Facebook, where her audience already knows her. Her new TikTok account starts at zero, and a profile with no followers makes visitors hesitate before they follow. She adds a starter batch of TikTok followers, then posts a sketch a day for a month and watches which characters people share. The followers are a floor to build on, not the audience she is trying to win.

Social media in Romania: what to know

TikTok reaches more than half of adults. DataReportal’s Digital 2026 report puts TikTok’s ad reach at 8.71 million adults in late 2025, 57.0 percent of everyone aged 18 and over. Facebook reached 10.3 million (54.3 percent of the population), YouTube 12.9 million (68.3 percent), Instagram 6.00 million (31.8 percent) and X 1.73 million (9.2 percent). For many Romanian creators, that makes TikTok the first place to test a new idea.

Language and country settings feed TikTok’s recommendations. TikTok says device and account settings such as language preference and country setting are part of its recommendation system, with lower weight than how people interact with your videos. Captions and speech in Romanian help the right viewers find you.

Paid posts must be visibly labeled. Laws 158/2008 and 363/2007 require advertising to be clearly identifiable and not misleading, and ANPC has said labels must be easy to notice. In its spring 2026 sweep of ten Romanian influencers, labeling was inconsistent and often faint. Our article on influencer disclosure rules by country compares Romania with its neighbors.

Romania is an hour ahead of Berlin and Paris. It uses Eastern European Time, UTC+2, and UTC+3 in summer. If you have followers in Western Europe too, an 8 p.m. post in Bucharest lands at 7 p.m. for them. Test weekday evenings and Sunday first.

Romania FAQ

Payment, currency and the rules that apply in Romania.

Can I pay in lei?

Not directly. Romania has not adopted the euro, and our checkout shows euros for European visitors. When you pay by card or Apple Pay, your bank converts the euro total to lei at its own rate and may add a conversion fee. If your bank also offers a euro account or card, paying from that avoids the conversion entirely.

How should I label a sponsored post in Romania?

Clearly, at the start, in words people understand. Romanian law requires advertising to be identifiable as such, and ANPC's recommendations include tags such as #PUBLICITATE followed by the brand, #PARTENERIAT PLĂTIT DE and the brand name, or #PRODUS FURNIZAT DE for gifted products. Put the label where it cannot be missed, not at the end of a long caption.

Is ANPC checking influencer posts in Romania?

Yes. Between March 23 and April 8, 2026, ANPC took part in an international sweep and reviewed ten Romanian influencers. All of them published commercial posts, and labeling was not consistent: some paid posts were unmarked and many disclosures were too faint to notice. ANPC also said the brands paying for campaigns share responsibility for transparency.

Does Socipro have a phone number in Romania?

No. Socipro has no office or phone line in Romania or anywhere else in Europe. Support works by email, with a target of one business day for a first reply, and every order has its own tracking page. Write to support with your order number and a short description of the problem, in English.

Can I get a receipt for my PFA or SRL?

Yes. Every order sends a receipt to the email used at checkout, and the order page keeps its history. If your accountant needs the company name, CUI or another reference on the document, email support with the order number and the details. Keep in mind that the charge is made by a US company, which matters for how your accountant books it.

Will my Revolut card work for a Socipro order?

Yes, as long as the card shows a Visa or Mastercard logo, which every Revolut card does, and Apple Pay works too. Revolut is widely used in Romania, with more than five million customers. If your account can hold euros, paying from that balance avoids a conversion into lei. Cards from local banks work the same way, whatever the bank.

Do I need to notify CNA if I order views?

No. Ordering views creates no duty on its own. CNA Decision 116/2026, in force since September 27, 2026, asks a creator to notify only when several tests are met together, including at least 100,000 followers or subscribers, at least 24 videos in twelve months, a commercial benefit and an audience in Romania. Notification is not approval of content.

What time should I start an order in Bucharest time?

Start it when you post. Romania is on EET (UTC+2) in winter and EEST (UTC+3) in summer, and an order placed right after a 8 p.m. post in Bucharest begins once payment clears and the link check passes. Delivery is not tied to Romania, so the local clock only helps you line the order up with your own audience.

Can a registered Romanian company order from Socipro?

Yes. A PFA, an SRL or an association can pay with a business card in the same way as anyone else, and the order page and emailed receipt are in your name or the name you give. There is no company-only checkout. If your accountant needs a CUI on the receipt, email support with the order number.
