Why comments matter for UK accounts

Plenty of people will read a post, enjoy it and move on without typing a word, especially when the comment section is empty and their reply would sit there alone. A post with a few comments already under it lowers that barrier.

The useful comments are the ones that start something. “Which weekend is the market on?” or “Do you post to Belfast?” gives the next person a reason to answer or add their own question, and gives you a reason to reply. Those replies are what turn a quiet post into a thread your followers actually join.

UK law draws a firm line here. The DMCC Act 2024 made fake consumer reviews a banned practice from April 2025, and the CMA’s guidance treats reviews broadly: written comments, spoken opinions in videos, even star ratings. A comment like “Bought this last week, nicest candle I’ve owned” written by you and posted by another account is the kind of thing that rule is aimed at. Keep your custom lines to questions, reactions and banter about the post itself.

That’s where custom comments earn their price over the cheaper random ones. You decide the tone, you can make them sound like your real comment section, and you can reply to each to keep the thread alive. For reach on the same post, pair comments with Instagram likes in the UK, and read the disclosure rules by country if the post is sponsored.

Quality or Premium?

Both tiers deliver Instagram comments the same way. The difference is the accounts they come from and what happens if the count drops.

How to order from the UK

  1. Choose Quality or Premium and how many comments you want.

  2. Paste the post link. We check the post is public and show you a preview before you pay.

  3. Pay by card or Apple Pay.

  4. Delivery starts on its own after payment, and your order page shows progress until it is complete.

Before you order

  • The post and your profile have to be public while the order runs.
  • Don't delete or archive the post until delivery completes.
  • To boost several posts, add one order per post to your cart.
  • Comments help a post get noticed. They can't replace posts people want to watch.

Do UK fake review rules cover Instagram comments?

They can. Since April 2025 the DMCC Act bans fake consumer reviews, and the CMA's guidance says a review can be a comment under a listing or an opinion in a video. So a custom comment that pretends to describe a customer's experience with your product could count. Write questions and reactions to the post itself instead.

Can I write the comments in British slang?

Yes, they're your words. Custom comments are posted exactly as you write them, one per line, so you can use whatever phrasing your followers use, from 'this is unreal' to 'need this in my life'. Vary the lines, avoid repeating a phrase, and leave out links and @mentions, which the order form blocks.

Are comments useful on a UK charity fundraiser post?

They can help the post feel active, but keep them honest. Questions such as 'How do I sign up for the walk?' invite replies you can answer with details. Never write comments that claim donations or results that didn't happen. The thread should help people take part, not inflate what the appeal has achieved.

Can I write the comments in Welsh?

Yes. Custom comments are lines you write, so Welsh, Scots Gaelic or any language you type is posted exactly as written. Use it when the post itself is in that language, so the comments match the caption. Check spelling and mutations yourself, because we send your words unchanged and can't proofread them for you.

Do you need my password?

No. Comments are posted on a public post, and the link is all we use. You will never be asked to sign in to Instagram through Socipro or to hand over a security code. Messages asking for your login in our name are not from us, so please forward them to support.

Will I lose Instagram comments later?

Some may disappear if Instagram removes an account that posted one, and neither tier includes a refill on comments. The reason is practical: we cannot tell a comment Instagram removed from one you deleted or hid yourself. If an order stops short of the number you paid for, the missing part returns to your Socipro wallet.
