## Why comments matter for Germany accounts

A thread that starts with a question tends to keep going, because a question gives the next reader something to answer. That is the most useful way to think about ordered comments: not as applause, but as the first few lines of a conversation you want to have. A Reel about a hiking route in the Sächsische Schweiz with a comment asking about parking, another asking about the season, and a third about the trail’s difficulty gives the next visitor three easy ways to join in.

An empty comment section has the opposite effect. The first visitor has to speak into silence, and most would rather move on. Seeded questions lower that barrier, and every reply you write doubles the conversation on the post.

Germany is strict about anything that looks like hidden advertising. Paid posts need a clear Werbung or Anzeige label, according to the state media authorities, and EU consumer law blacklists fake endorsements used to promote products. Ordered comments must therefore stay on the post’s topic and never pose as customer reviews or independent praise for a brand. On a sponsored post, the cleanest approach is to leave ordered comments out.

Custom comments give you full control over wording, so write them in the register your audience uses. Informal du-form fits most creator accounts; a few English lines suit an international following. Place the order as you post, stay online for the first hour, and answer everything that comes in.

## Quality or Premium?

Both tiers deliver Instagram comments the same way. The difference is the accounts they come from and what happens if the count drops.

*Quality and Premium comments compared*

| | Quality | Premium |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Starting price | from €0.78 | from €0.89 |
| Accounts | Good-quality accounts | Higher-quality accounts |
| Refill | Not included | Not included |
| Good for | Testing and everyday growth | Launches and longer-term growth |

## How to order from Germany

1. Choose Quality or Premium and how many comments you want.
2. Paste the post link. We check the post is public and show you a preview before you pay.
3. Pay by card or Apple Pay.
4. Delivery starts on its own after payment, and your order page shows progress until it is complete.

## Before you order

- The post and your profile have to be public while the order runs.
- Don't delete or archive the post until delivery completes.
- To boost several posts, add one order per post to your cart.
- Comments help a post get noticed. They can't replace posts people want to watch.

### Are umlauts and ß fine in custom comments?

Yes. Custom comments use the text you type, so German spelling with ä, ö, ü and ß is fine, as are emojis. Each line has a length limit, and the box rejects links, @mentions and repeated lines. Write comments the way people actually talk under a post: a short question, a reaction to one detail, a request for the recipe.

### Can ordered comments praise a product I sell?

No, please do not use them that way. Comments ordered through Socipro are not from customers, and dressing them up as product praise would mislead anyone reading. EU consumer rules treat fake endorsements to promote products as unfair practice. Keep ordered comments to conversation starters about the post itself, and let real buyers speak for your products.

### Do comments on a Werbung post need a label too?

The label belongs on the post, not on each comment. If a brand pays you, mark the post clearly as Werbung or Anzeige, as the state media authorities expect. Ordered comments on such a post should never pose as independent opinions about the brand. On sponsored posts, it is cleaner to skip ordered comments entirely and answer the people who follow you.

### Should comments say du or Sie?

Du for almost everything on Instagram. Comments under creator, shop and café posts read as natural in du, and Sie reads stiff. Use Sie only when your account speaks that way itself, such as a law firm or a bank. You write the comments, so match the tone of your caption and replies.

### Do you need my password?

No. Comments are posted on a public post, and the link is all we use. You will never be asked to sign in to Instagram through Socipro or to hand over a security code. Messages asking for your login in our name are not from us, so please forward them to support.

### Will I lose Instagram comments later?

Some may disappear if Instagram removes an account that posted one, and neither tier includes a refill on comments. The reason is practical: we cannot tell a comment Instagram removed from one you deleted or hid yourself. If an order stops short of the number you paid for, the missing part returns to your Socipro wallet.
