# Quality vs Premium: what changes and when to pay more

What Socipro's two tiers share, what Premium adds, which services include a refill window, and a plain rule for when the higher price is worth paying.

The short answer

Quality and Premium deliver the same service through the same checkout, link check and tracking. Premium costs a little more, is sent through higher-grade provider services and, on services where drops can be measured, adds a refill window. Pick Premium for followers and likes you want to keep; Quality is fine for tests.

Key facts

- Both tiers use the same link check before payment, live order tracking and wallet refunds for shortfalls.
- Premium includes a refill window on followers, subscribers, likes and several other services; the service page shows its length.
- View, comment, share and live services do not include refill on either tier, for reasons explained below.
- X Trend Topic is sold as a single tier, priced by the number of hours you choose.
- Platforms filter suspect engagement on their own; YouTube, for one, excludes spam subscribers from your total.

## What stays the same on both tiers?

Most of what protects your order is not a tier feature. It is how the store works, and you get it whichever button you press.

- **The link check.** Before you pay, we look up the public profile, post or video you entered and show it back to you. If it is the wrong one, you fix it before paying.
- **Delivery that starts on its own** after payment and the check, and runs gradually rather than in one burst.
- **A live order page** where you can follow progress, with or without an account.
- **Wallet refunds for shortfalls.** If we cannot deliver the full amount, the undelivered part goes back to your Socipro wallet.
- **What we need from you.** A public username, link or hashtag. Nothing that gives access to the account.

## What does Premium add?

Two things, and a higher price.

**A different supply line.** Every order is sent to a delivery provider behind the scenes. For Premium, we route to higher-grade provider services; for Quality, to services that cost less to run. The exact sources are the providers’ business, not something we can open up for inspection, so we describe the difference by what you can check: the refill window and, once we have enough data, measured figures.

**A refill window on eligible services.** If the count drops after your order completes and while the window is open, you request a refill from your order page and we top it back up at no charge. Each service page shows whether Premium includes a refill there and how many days it lasts. Our [refill explainer](https://socipro.com/blog/refill-explained) covers what counts as a drop and what does not.

Premium costs a little more on every service. The price table on each service page shows both tiers for every package, so you can see the gap before choosing.

## Which services include a refill on Premium?

Refill only makes sense where a drop is visible and provable. When a public count can be read before and after, we can promise a top-up. When it cannot, promising one would be guesswork.

| Service group | Refill on Quality | Refill on Premium | Why |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Followers and subscribers (all four platforms) | No | Yes | Follower counts are public and do drop over time |
| Likes, plus TikTok shares and saves, Instagram reposts, X reposts | No | Yes | The count on the post is public, so a drop can be shown |
| YouTube views and Shorts views | No | Yes | YouTube validates views and can adjust counts later |
| Instagram, TikTok and X views | No | No | These counts rarely fall after delivery |
| Comments, Instagram shares, YouTube shares | No | No | A removed comment cannot be told apart from one the owner deleted; share counts cannot be read reliably |
| Live viewers, live likes, X Trend Topic | No | No | The stream or the trend is over by the time a drop could happen |

YouTube’s own help pages explain why its row is there. YouTube says its systems take time to decide which views and subscriptions are legitimate, and may [slow down, freeze or change a count](https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2991785) while they do. It also says spam subscribers, including ones bought from a third-party service, are left out of your total. Instagram has removed likes, follows and comments it judged inauthentic since at least [2018](https://about.instagram.com/blog/announcements/reducing-inauthentic-activity-on-instagram). A refill window is how a store takes responsibility for that, for a set time.

## When is Premium worth paying for?

A simple rule: pay for Premium when the number has to last.

- **Followers on an account you are building.** The follower count sits on your profile for as long as the account exists. A drop months later is the scenario the refill window exists for, and followers are where drops are most common. If you are wondering why counts fall at all, see [why Instagram followers drop](https://socipro.com/blog/why-instagram-followers-drop).
- **Likes on a post that stays pinned.** A launch post or a pinned video will be looked at long after the first week. Premium keeps its like count backed by a window.
- **YouTube subscribers and views.** YouTube validates more aggressively than most, so the window has more to do.

## When is Quality the sensible choice?

- **Tests.** If you are trying two versions of a hook to see which one real viewers finish, the bought numbers are just a starting push. Quality does that job.
- **Short campaigns.** A post that matters for a weekend sale or a single event does not need cover for weeks afterward.
- **Services with no refill on either tier.** On views, comments, shares and live services, the refill difference disappears, and you are choosing only between supply lines. For most people, Quality is enough there.
- **Your first order with us.** Start small, see how delivery looks on your account, then decide.

## How does the choice differ by platform?

The rule above holds everywhere, but each platform tilts it a little.

**Instagram.** The follower count sits in the profile header, the first thing a visitor reads, and a falling number there is easy to notice. Premium on followers with Quality on Reel views is a sensible split.

**TikTok.** Likes, shares and saves on a single video are often bought for a short push while the video is fresh. If the video is a one-off, Quality fits. If it becomes the pinned video on your profile, Premium keeps its counts under a window.

**YouTube.** The platform validates subscribers and views on its own timeline, sometimes well after delivery. This is the platform where the refill window earns its price most often.

**X.** Followers and reposts include a Premium window; views do not on either tier. Trend campaigns sit outside the tier system entirely.

If you are unsure, order the smaller package on Premium rather than the larger one on Quality. A modest number that holds reads better than a big one that slides.

## Does the tier change anything the platform sees?

Not in a way we can promise. Platforms run their own checks and do not tell anyone, us included, exactly how. Neither tier makes an order invisible to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or X, and neither tier asks you for anything beyond a public link. What Premium changes is what happens on our side afterward: where the order is sent and whether we owe you a top-up when counts fall within the window.

One practical point applies to both tiers. Keep the target public and unchanged until delivery ends. On YouTube, a video set to private or unlisted no longer shows on your channel or in search, and on every platform a private account or a renamed handle stops delivery. If that happens mid-order, we pause and email you; the [refund policy](https://socipro.com/refund) explains the rest.

## How do the two tiers look side by side?

| | Quality | Premium |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Price | Lower | A little higher; see each price table |
| Link check before payment | Yes | Yes |
| Live tracking | Yes | Yes |
| Wallet refund for shortfalls | Yes | Yes |
| Refill window | None | On eligible services, length shown per service |
| Provider route | Standard services | Higher-grade services |
| Good for | Tests, short campaigns, view and live orders | Followers, pinned posts, YouTube |

We will add measured start times and daily speeds per tier to service pages once our own test orders have run long enough to give honest figures, with the month and method stated. ## Frequently asked questions

### Is Premium worth it for views?

Usually not. On Instagram, TikTok and X views, neither tier includes a refill, because view counts rarely fall after delivery. Premium still goes through higher-grade provider services, so pick it if a video matters to you for months. For a test or a short campaign, Quality gives you the same visible result for less.

### Does a Quality order get anything if it falls short?

Yes. If we cannot deliver the full amount on any tier, the undelivered part is refunded to your Socipro wallet, and an order that has not started can be canceled for the full price. What Quality does not include is a refill window, so drops after completion are not topped up for free.

### Why is there only one tier for X trends?

Because the product is different. A trend campaign aims to put your hashtag on the worldwide trending list and the lists of four countries you choose, for the hours you pick, so there is nothing to refill afterward. If it never reaches the list, the campaign price goes back to your Socipro wallet. You follow it live from your order page.

### Do Premium followers drop less than Quality ones?

That is the aim, but we do not publish a drop rate until we have measured one across enough orders. What we can state today is the refill window: on Premium follower orders, drops inside the window are topped up for free when you request it from your order page. Quality orders have no window.
